Forming a crucial link in the continuum of care, HCCI facilities provide housing, health care and ancillary services for 55,000 patients, and our members employ 100,000 workers across Illinois.

Since its founding in 2008, HCCI’s mission has been to improve the quality and delivery of care at Illinois’ skilled nursing facilities through staff and public education initiatives, legislative advocacy in Springfield and, regulatory engagement.

A nonprofit organization, HCCI is supported by member dues and governed by a board of directors elected by the organization’s membership.
